However, Chelsea3dstudio retains ownership of the designs, layouts, and staging concepts used in the images.
- Use of Images: We reserve the right to use staged images for our portfolio or marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by you.
5. Limitations of Liability
- No Guarantee of Sales: Our services are intended to enhance the visual appeal of your property. However, we do not guarantee that using our virtual staging services will lead to a property sale or rental.
- Service Interruptions: While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services, we are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
- Digital Product Limitations: The staged images are for visualization purposes only. They are not to be interpreted as real, physical changes to the property.

Once an order is placed and work has commenced, any changes or additional requests may incur extra charges, depending on the nature of the request.
